Trip to Farmville a true Story
She is a self-proclaimed internationally-cultured woman who attempted to teach her student the art of Raku pit firing. The student eager to dive into this new art medium stood quietly. Listening carefully as she followed instruction, reality set in when she picked up the lid! Oh what is that smell?

Surely she wasn't talking about freshly baked cherry pie.

The magic happened when the imagination of this student put together this necklace she is so proud to share.

The two abstract focal beads are earthenware created by an unknown artist as they were given to her as a gift, a disc bead of her own creation, a set of lampwork beads handmade by Stephanie's Beads.

Literally speaking, she designed this necklace with recycled elements from a bracelet I was wearing and the brass chain hanging off her purse.

True Story! **wink**

Simplicity is not in my vocabulary, and I feel I have a distinctive, eclectic style. I have always been determined to push the limits. I take life as it comes to me; straight on. I design what I imagine. Asymmetry and a keen eye for color are my trademarks. I feel that learning is a process and perfecting the techniques I use can be a challenge. It is this challenge that I find so exciting and fulfilling. Putting my own spin on the design comes from my imagination and my life experiences. I never make the same piece twice and you will always see something different in my artistic world. Thank you for stopping by! Thank you for letting me share with you.
