Flower Power Unforgettable Experience

Unforgettable experience as I took pictures of Patti
Cahill at the 2009 Bead &
Button Flame Off for Breast Cancer! Inspired by the color, the talent as well as the process of one of her signature pieces.

That "Flower Power Ring" ~

Sitting in a box full of vintage Lucite flowers hidden within a gross full of fruity glass beads the set of lampwork beads I purchased from her last year have finally come to bloom into this beautiful, bright, fun and exciting necklace - sterling silver findings, and but of course a butterfly sterling clasp perfect fit for closure.

Out of the Ordinary this is just what Vonna was up to today!

Simplicity is not in my vocabulary, and I feel I have a distinctive, eclectic style. I have always been determined to push the limits. I take life as it comes to me; straight on. I design what I imagine. Asymmetry and a keen eye for color are my trademarks. I feel that learning is a process and perfecting the techniques I use can be a challenge. It is this challenge that I find so exciting and fulfilling. Putting my own spin on the design comes from my imagination and my life experiences.
