Jeanne Rhodes-Moen

I am a jewelry artist living in Asheville, NC. I lived in Norway for 14 years, where I learned to create silver filigree jewelry based on the traditional filigree of Norway. I took the technique and ran with it! Creating my own style, incorporating gemstones and freeform styling.

In 2006, my first book, Silver Threads, Making Wire Filigree Jewelry was published by Kalmbach.

In addition to hand made filigree (built up wire by wire and soldered), I also do casting, lapidary and jewelry photography.
